Once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked courier service.
Delivery timescales may be affected by factors outside our control, including adverse weather or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
You are responsible for ensuring that a suitable person is available to receive your order. Medications will not be left unattended in an unsecured location.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed by contacting us promptly. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK regulations regarding the return of dispensed medicines.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
